HQACI Healthcare Quality Standards Receive ISQua EEA International Accreditation

The Healthcare Quality Assessment and Accreditation Council International (HQACI) Healthcare Quality Standards have successfully completed the ISQua External Evaluation Association (ISQua EEA) international external evaluation process and have been awarded ISQua EEA International Accreditation. The accreditation is valid from July 2026 through July 2030. This accreditation confirms that the HQACI Standards comply with the ISQua EEA requirements for the development of healthcare quality standards and have been independently assessed by international experts as being consistent with internationally recognized best practices. HQACI has become the fifth organization in Europe whose healthcare quality standards hold a current ISQua EEA International Accreditation. This places HQACI among a select group of European organizations whose standards meet internationally recognized requirements for healthcare quality. The HQACI Standards were developed on the basis of international best practices, scientific evidence, and many years of practical experience. They are designed to support continuous quality improvement, patient safety, and effective governance in healthcare organizations. The Healthcare Quality Assessment and Accreditation Council International (HQACI) is an independent international organization dedicated to healthcare quality, patient safety, standards development, external evaluation, and accreditation. Established to develop evidence-based healthcare quality standards, HQACI already delivers international assessment and accreditation programmes. Healthcare organizations in Georgia and Eastern Europe have already been accredited against HQACI Standards.
